Ticket Information

  • If you’re just coming for the event and not staying over, buy an Attendance Ticket
  • If you’re staying over, buy a ticket for a Lodge, Cabin, Platform Tent, or BYO Tent. All accommodations tickets include event admission
  • HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: If you’d like to join in on the meals during the event, buy a Meal Plan.

Tickets are the same cost for however long you stay, so if you can, come hang out the whole weekend!

Meal Plan

We highly recommend purchasing the meal plan. The event organizers will be providing a late night snack Friday, 3 meals and a late night snack Saturday, and breakfast as attendees pack up on Sunday morning. You’re welcome not to participate and bring food for grilling over a campfire, but the planned meals are cheap, should make your life easier, and give you more time to roleplay!

Attendance Ticket

If you’re planning to stay off site for the event, pre-purchase an attendance ticket and save 10 bucks vs paying when you get there! There are numerous hotels near the game site.

Lodge Ticket

A lodge ticket gets you both admission to the event and a spot in one of the camp’s 3 lodges! The lodges have electricity, bathrooms, and foam mattresses (you should bring a sleeping bag or similar bedding for the foam mattress). Only 50 spots total, so if that’s the sort of accommodations you want, act quickly!

Cabin Ticket

A cabin ticket gets you both admission to the event and a cot in one of the camp’s “Acorn” cabins. The Acorn cabins each have 4 cots (you should bring a sleeping bag or similar bedding for the cot), and each set of Acorn cabin sites has a central pavilion with seating, a refrigerator, and power to charge your phones.

Platform Tent Ticket

A tent ticket gets you both admission to the event and a cot in one of the camp’s platform tents. The platform tents each have 4 cots (you should bring a sleeping bag or similar bedding for the cot), and each set of tent sites has a central pavilion with seating, a refrigerator, and power to charge your phones.

BYO Tent Ticket

A BYO tent ticket gets you both admission to the event and space to plop down your own tent to stay overnight. There should be tent space near the site central pavilion, with seating, a refrigerator, and power to charge your phones overnight.
