Charity Information

This year we’ve chosen 4 Paws For Ability, a charity dedicated to providing service dogs to children with disabilities as well as to veterans who have lost the use of limbs or hearing!

Read about this fantastic cause on their website, located at:

4 Paws for Ability, Inc. mission is to:

  • Enrich the lives of children with disabilities by the training and placement of quality, task trained service dogs to provide increased independence for the children and assistance to their families.
  • Enrich the lives of veterans from recent conflicts who have lost the use of their limbs or their hearing while in active combat.
  • Educate the public to accept the use of service dogs in public places.

As part of this year’s MESCON our club members have the opportunity to vote on what logos are on our MESCON Tier 2 Swag! We will be giving members the opportunity to donate to our wonderful charity by putting money towards which of the 7 Logos you would like to see used for this years MESCON Tier 2 swag!

  • The logo with the highest amount donated will be featured on metal wine tumblers that will be raffled off as part of the VIP packages.
  • The second place logo will appear on our Tier 2 metal water bottles.
  • The third place logo will be emblazoned on our Tier 2 shot glasses.

Members can donate items to the Charity Auction at MESCON 2019, using the following form:

1. Charity auction items are items that cannot be a promise to make an item in the future. The finished item must be there to present.

2. To get prestige for donating an auction item a physical item has to accompany it.

Also remember…this is for MESCON 2019, please don’t donate common items another character can simply buy on their own without additional work or approvals.

Run of House Room Rate: $95.00+Tax plus $2.00+Tax per night for House Keeping Staff

When you book your room under our rate it is for one queen bed, unless you pay an additional $20/per room per night for a different room type.

If you have more than one or two people in your room, book those additional names with your room.

Regarding the charges upon reservation – you will be charged a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night of the reservation. That deposit is refundable so long as the cancellation occurs at least seven days prior to the scheduled arrival.

At check-in they authorize the card for the amount of the rooms plus an additional 50$ for incidentals. The Front Office does a nightly credit check on room accounts. If the room begins to exceed that amount they will automatically authorize the card for additional funds The room is charged at check out.

We have sold out for the evening of Wednesday 7/17. If you need a room for that night, you will need to call reservations directly at 800-540-0727 to be put on a waitlist. If anything opens up, reservations will contact you.

Outside food and drink can only be consumed INSIDE the guest private rooms.
